I was really excited to use Boxed and I just received my first order today (July 6). Problem number one: my app shows everything was delivered with one tracking number; however, I did not receive everything and the invoice that was in the box says that the one item was shipped separately. If it was shipped separately why does it have the same tracking number and how is the fact that I didn’t receive it going to be proven to Fedex? Second problem: I placed my order on July 1, and just now received it. The shipping time wouldn’t have mattered so much to me if I would have received everything that I ordered.

This company is awesome! Not only are they priced right but stuff is delivered within two days. My favorite part is the hand written note addresses to me personally with every order. Keep up the great work!

I initially found this service to be great, until I’ve made multiple attempts to email and contact boxed over the course of a year about their payment options. Over a two dozen emails and never received a response. The Apple Pay does not register or work on their app and they have no other option to pay.

Such a great site! We get almost all of our pantry and and bathroom items on Boxed (cooking oils, paper products, etc). We've also been happy with the new items we've tried from their Prince and Spring brand, such as their cleaning wipes, hand soap, and Epsom salts. With shipping being free for orders over $50, it's definitely cost-effective for us. Best of all, their customer service is great. Our last order was damaged in transit - they let us know right away, the replacement order was shipped under 24 hours later, and got to us the very next day. I've never had the experiences described in the negative reviews, so far it's been a great experience. We're very happy Boxed customers!
