2 orders – Boxed: Bulk Quality Essentials Review

My 1st order was great, got the entire order within 2 days. Ordered a second time (last week). FedEx delivered it some where, just not my house. I’ve contacted boxed customer service & all I keep getting is “ if the package doesn’t show up” emails. I’ve followed their instructions and I’m still waiting & still getting the same email, I’ll never order again. I’ve deleted the app, $50 lesson learned, I’m done being treated like I’m lying to them. Hopefully, whoever has the package is happy with my order.
