Connection issues

Please have someone update this app, it is always saying I am not connected to WiFi when I actually am. The bags that I turn in have been undercounted often. When I call customer service they are always, always polite and helpful.
Scam

The app does not work. It won’t connect to anything on cell or Wi-Fi. I went to two locations listed on their website and neither place had ever heard of them.
Keep saying “can not connect internet”

Delete app and redownload then log in, it works but few days later, it happens again. Now i know why app rating is only two stars.

Always asks for internet connection when phone is connected the entire time. Dedicate some resources to update the app!

This app has not been updated for 2 years. Serious problems with it connecting to the internet. Have to sign in by going in through the contact option and clicking on the webpage address. Fix it,

Really buggy and an overall pain to use. It’s interface isn’t bad it just doesn’t work. Wish they’d put some more time into it.

It would be nice if I could quickly check the amount but instead most of the time I get the error message saying “can’t connect to the internet” when everything else oh perfectly fine. Seriously, fix it.
