Doesn’t even let you log in - has very little useful information and no one can help at the redemption centers because they aren’t trained for that.

The new app is such a huge improvement! I love that my balance is right there on the home screen and I can flip the card to access the barcode. I wish I could buy the team that built this new app a round of drinks!
QR code won’t scan on larger phones

When the app moved from a bar code at the bottom of the screen to a QR code in the middle of the screen it became unscannable at the bottle drop+ kiosks. The kiosk scanner angle can’t reach the QR code on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Terrible digital card redesign that has rendered the app useless.
Login issue

I'm constantly NOT able to log on to my account, weather on the app on the website. Constantly telling me my user name and password and email are not associated with an account. Yet, they are and when I contact for help, I get nothing.
Logs you out.

Don’t forget to save your username and password. Once a quarter, the app updates and logs you out.

Big beverage companies latest attempt to subvert Tom McCall bottle bill. They charge per drop, for proprietary bags, for service that doesn’t work. Signed up for card but machine would not open. Downloaded app and machine would not open. Would not accept QR code on app or on card. Fred Meyer assistant was helpful but could also not get door to open. How did the Oregon legislature ever allow these charges to be passed on to consumers? Time to follow the money from lobbyists to legislators. Absurd.
Logs me out

Cool concept in general but the app alwaysssss logs me out and it doesn't email me a temp password so I can't drop off my bags unless someone happens to be there that can open the door

This app lets me find BottleDrop locations, check my balance and donate to charity if I want. Really helpful.
How about a QR code?

Overall liking the app. But, how about a QR code on the phone so we can ditch the Bottledrop card?
