Great App!!

I love this app. It tells me everything about my account: bag-by-bag breakdown of what I’ve deposited, total on my account, the amount I get back if I opt for BottleDrop Plus. It even has my account number as a QR code so I don’t have to carry another card in my wallet. Rckytmtnlvr: look a little further and you’ll find all of the things you missed.

Limited Sync capabilities

App does not play well with Kiosk. Two very different systems that don’t talk together. Could be much better. Kiosk will not read OR code on iPhone. Had to sign up twice, iPhone app and stand alone kiosk.
Add QR Code to Apple Wallet

The app is fine and it’s good you increased the size of the QR Code for scanning but you should allow that to be added to Apple Wallet!
QR code still a fail with scanners

Last update was supposed to fix the issue where the scanners could not read the QR code, still doesn’t work like it should . Still have to carry a card. Please fix
Track your amount

It’s up to you to track the amount deposited and location where it was made. Knowing your previous amount is crucial. Let BottleDrop know when there’s a mistake on your account. Food for thought, I always write the SQ # on my bag(s) and how much it weighs, location dropped off and date. Also, take a picture before depositing the bags.

You all need to check out the new version of the app. Way better then the old app. The updated UI now shows all the info you need. No more having to go the web site to get the info you need.

I was told by store managers and customer service reps that this program was State run. Not True. The State of Oregon approved the plan. The organization that runs the program is setup by Fred Myer and The Distributers of alcohol etc.. They’re intentions are not to reclaim bottles and cans but to make money at it and potentially inhibit recycling all together. I purchased my the special bags in advance gave up my personal information including phone number to get bag-tags and be able to be rewarded for my efforts by getting my money back. Not Possible! I put in $4.60 only to get $2.00 back. This Program is not worth my time or effort. They Win!

The only options available are to activate your account. When I fill out the form it tells me that the account has already been activated. I can’t do anything else with the app. I’ve been trying to get a hold of tech support for a month now with no response. It’s ridiculous! Horrible app. Horrible support.
Bottle Drop App won’t let me log in

This app worked ok till the last update. Now it keeps telling me to activate my account but when I do it says it’s already been activated. I can’t get past login screen. The Android version works on my phone, but the iOS version I give one star and a thumbs down ?? . Please fix this issue. I deleted the app on my iPad but it’s still on my phone. Edit: 8-8-2021 I just now tried to log in and it again told me to activate my card. When I did it said it was already activated. The Android version on my phone is great, but the iOS version is not so great. Same issue as last time.
