No Internet Connection Work-Around

This app is pretty miserable, buggy and is plagued with a bug that will display that there is no internet connection. Work-Around: I found a way to get the app to work when the no internet connection is shown. 1. Close App and also close close in bag round (swipe up). 2. Search for app in App Store 3. Click Open, bypasses this pesky bug.
Reinstalling every time I use

I am having to delete the app and reinstall it every time I log in, so annoying! Please fix this!

This app works fine for finding Bottle Drop locations, viewing your balance, and tracking if/when your bags were counted. Unfortunately that’s all it’s good for. You won’t find the amount of your return for each bag, or your transaction history. The same is true for their Google Play app. The omission of this basic information is baffling, as transparency is necessary to maintain trust and integrity.

Glitch, Please!

Generally more trouble than it’s worth. Half the time I can’t get it to pull my account up while using the phones data and can only access over WiFi. Not helpful when you’re standing at the stop off trying to scan your UPC to get the door to open. The last 3 days I’ve tried to drop off full bags and my UPC won’t open the door, rendering this app completely useless.
QR code does not work at kiosk

The QR code only works to open the drop doors; for the kiosk, it will not pull up account info and the bar code is no longer available in the app !! There is also no way to lookup your account by entering the numerical version along with your verifying pin…etc. Am I supposed to order a replacement card now in order to access my money ?
