Keeps disconnecting, ugh
Let's go hiking!!!
Overall the idea of this app, is great. Simple, updating when bags are counted, shows your account. My biggest complaint, is the fact, I have to delete the app, than reinstall the app, and sign-in just to see my account....every time. Because it loses the connection, and there’s no way to reconnect inside via app itself. I hope they take notice and get this hiccup fixed.

Tried to activate my account on this app. It timed out and now it says my account is active but doesn’t recognize my password and/ or username. Never attached an email account so it sends the update to null...
No virtual card

Website lets you sign up for a virtual card and says it will show up on the app. It has not shown up! So need to grab my face mask to get to a kiosk to get a card and tags. I am okay if a service does not have an app but don’t have an app that does not do what you say it will do. Thanks for wasting my time!
This app rarely works

I always get a prompt from the App stating I'm not attached to wi-if or data. This is bull poop. Sometimes if I am lucky a restart of my phone will make this app work as it should but it is rare. Thanks for keeping this free because it is trash.

This app is so inconsistent. Says internet connection is bad. Won’t accept my password one day and then will the next day. Just super frustrating.

I too have been having connectivity issues, to the point that I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it just to make it work. Now that doesn’t work, so I just deleted the app for good saved the website login page to my Home Screen. Not as convenient because I have to log in every time, but at least it works.... and keeps me from throwing my phone against the wall!

Always says I need an internet connection or cellular service according to the message. Drop off bags and although the actual bottle service is good the app designer totally dropped the ball. Should be able to also buy bags and print tags off the app but you have to go in to use the dirty kiosk for anything you want to do.

The app doesn’t work properly. It shows no bag history. And there is no barcode to scan to use at a kiosk. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same thing. No barcode at all like the pictures in the app shows there is supposed to be. Always it always shows no connection.

Let’s me login and see my balance once every time I install the app, then it says I’m not connected to the internet even though I have all bars of cell service and internet. Have to delete the app and reinstall just to log in... Every. Single. Time. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!
