Car range and vehicle state is incorrect

I just bought a 2018 i3 REX. One of the selling points was having this digital assistant to help me monitor the state of my vehicle - did I remember to lock the doors? Did I leave my windows down? Unfortunately, the car says I have drastically less range than what I do and the vehicle state (windows and car locks) is just wrong. I’m really disappointed in BMW for shipping something so unreliable. It really makes me question the brand.

This is one of the primary features I was interested in when I spent the $ on the car in the first place. Please fix it!

I would like to know when are you guys going to roll out support for BMW in Japan? I’ve been waiting patiently for an update in Japan. P.S I have BMW in US as well, hence the reason I use BMW app US iTunes Store.
Not working right

I’m having issues controlling my ‘18 i3 BEV. The website shows my car as electric so does the BMW I app. The connected app shows my car as a gasoline vehicle not a electric so I am not getting any of the options of preconditioning or seeing my stats or left battery life. I am forced to use the i3 app instead.
Support for 2012 needed

When support for 2012 went away less than 4 years after purchasing my X5, I was quite disappointed. BMW shouldn’t have abandoned these customers with no alternative.
Features don’t work or don’t show

The app syncs just fine with my 530e but it won’t show the charging functions, battery level, etc. Essentially it works as if I had a regular 530i non plugin vehicle. It’s irritating because I can’t tell when the car is charged, battery level, etc. The only way to view the features is to log in to the connected drive website with a desktop computer. The BMW Genius can’t figure out the problem, the dealer Genius can’t figure it out either. Calls and emails to BMW Connected and Assist just result in them pushing the blame on each other.
Doesn't show range or fuel level

My car's fuel level / range is available if I log in on the web, but does not show up in the app. This function is the main reason I downloaded the app. Logging out, forcing restart and deleting and reinstalling the app don't fix it. The problem appears to be fundamental to the app based on my experience.
Still no preheat if vehicle

It will be very useful if the app provides preheat option as well.
