This app is absolutely terrible I had no Problem with the old version but when I went to. The app I had a message stating I had to upgrade which I did but This new version simply will not even Open for me to do anything whatsoever Karen Elliott

Requires constant updates

Please stop requiring updates like every week or so. Make it backwards compatible where old versions can be used for at least 4-6 months, some of us don’t have endless space on our phones for random updates, and the app won’t let you use it when you don’t update!

App not accurate

App is not showing policy as active even though it is. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. When I pull it up on the Bob’s website it shows active. This is frustrating and the explanation I got when I called was something to do with the network

Amazing customer service experience

I had a really great experience last night where your app really helped me. I was at the pharmacy trying to get a flu shot with my son. The pharmacist said that his birthdate wasn’t matching in the insurance system. Which didn’t seem right. I popped into the app and tried to just verify what you had for his birthdate. So I started a chat in the app and someone named Cindy (I think?) helped me. At first I was just trying to make sure his birthdate was correct in the bcbs system (it was). Cindy actually volunteered to call the pharmacy while I was there to straighten things out. She spent forever on hold - I had to tell the pharmacist to pick up the dang phone. She got it all fixed while I was there and my son was able to get his shot. That was really great customer service. Terrible from Walgreens, but great from you all. Thank you.

Update the UI

The UI is outdated compared to the same app for other states, and we don’t have the option for adding our cards to our apple wallet which is pretty annoying.

Should get zero stars! If the company is a disaster, no app can help it or be worth anything! That’s the situation here! Faulty, monstrosity from the top down!

The app is free. The insurance is ridiculously expensive. Buy a house or have health insurance. The choice is yours

Issue with login

There seems to be an issue with the new update where I can sometimes log in with my password. It will tell me it’s incorrect then later in the day the same password works. Please fix.

Registered online. Works great. I can login fine. But the same credentials in the app do not work. I am pretty sure I am typing the right password but since it is not possible to paste a password from a password manager I cannot be 100% sure I guess. Might be a good app if I could login?

The app is useless if you can’t log in.

Can’t say how helpful the app is since I can’t log in. I’m trying the same login info that the website accepts with no problem. I keep getting the error message that either my login or internet connection is bad. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but the problem persists.
