I think the app is great. What I dislike is the length of time it takes to process big claims. Normally, once the claim shows up on the app, it takes 3-5 days to process. All of a sudden, on a claim that was high $$$ amount, it is taking for ever. And there are even a couple claims with service dates more than two weeks ago not even showing up on the app. Sorry, this causes me not to trust BCBS, not that they care.

Keeps showing network error, deleted and reloaded, still the same. All other apps work.

App is easy to use and navigate. I love that I can find doctors and hospitals that are in my network.

You can’t get anything done on this app. The website isn’t much better but at least you aren’t constantly doing accidental clicks. As a web an app developer myself, this is the type of quality I’d expect from a student working an internship. I’m surprised that an app with access to our health data can be so poorly built.
