I MEAN IT DOESN’T WORK 90 % OF THE TIME

What is the point of having the app when I have go online. It’s really annoying. That’s it that’s all.

Between poor overall design (TINY font), rampant technical difficulties, and basically needing to call (another headache all its own) every time I use the app, the only good thing about it is I can see how behind I am on my payments.

It seems, no matter when or where I use this app, within 15 minutes, I get a “network error” which gives me the option of logging out or going back to the home page. And its usually when I'm close to getting the information I need. And this has been going on for more than a year. Frustrating!!

The app used to work. I have tried several times, have updated to the latest version and it won’t sign in. This has happened multiples times over the past few months. Please fix the app!!
Won’t bring up new policy

All of my old/inactive policies show on the app, but not the new (and active!) policy even though it’s attached to my account and clearly visible on desktop/the website. Makes the app useless.
This app has no function

Downloaded this app last week after I enrolled in a BCBS plan. Every attempt to log in gives me a network error telling me to check my internet connection. It seems like this is a recurring issue from reading a lot of reviews for this app. This renders the app useless.
