When I log in, the only policy shown is one that expired in 2019. I have a new plan that was effective January 1, 2021 but it is not shown. Everything is fine when I log on using a PC so the problem is definitely with the app. I used the “contact us” feature and explained my problem. I was supposed to get a response in a couple of days but it’s been a week.

Seems to have a lot of networking errors. Also, not as user friendly as some other apps. Has some simple bugs that could easily get fixed

App is confusing to navigate and gives me a headache in the short time I’ve tried using it. It seems kind of glitchy, menus don’t line up and not everything is “clickable”. At least I can see the basics of my coverage and my claims.
