When it works it’s fine but 80% of the time it doesn’t

When the app works like it’s supposed to it’s very convenient. You can see claims, EOBs, and have an electronic copy of your ID at your fingertips. However 80% of the time the app doesn’t work or doesn’t load things so it’s pretty useless.

Used to like this app, now it wont even open, just spins and never opens. Wish they would fix this, used to like the app but not anymore.

Trying to find a therapist for anxiety and depression near me is near impossible using this app. I’ve called all kinds of places and they only specialize in specific things and not anxiety or depression. Very discouraging.
Very slow and asks to rate too much

You literally ask every time I click something if I want to rate you.. I’m clearly busy and need to find a doctor and don’t have time to rate your app, but here we go. It’s slow, it says doctors are accepting new patients but when you call they are not.. also says places are in network dbag aren’t.

it’s my first time using the app and i’m just going to say if you don’t agree with me then you must just be unable to use apps it’s by far the easiest app i ever used so informative and useful
Errors prevent display or printing of ID card
