When it works it’s fine but 80% of the time it doesn’t – Blue Connect Mobile NC Review

When the app works like it’s supposed to it’s very convenient. You can see claims, EOBs, and have an electronic copy of your ID at your fingertips. However 80% of the time the app doesn’t work or doesn’t load things so it’s pretty useless.
