Feedback- Face Recognition

Unfortunately the face recognition is not working although it is offered. I used to use my fingerprint which was great. But my new iPhone only has face recognition and now I alway have to look up my password to log in.


Login issues

I want to rate this app 5 stars. But recently I cannot log in. It says my session is expired. So I go to log back in and the same thing happens. It won’t recognize my Face ID anymore. So I went in to reset my password and I keep getting an error. If the app is down I think a simple explanation is warranted


Cannot set default account

So dumb that BGE does not allow for the user to set which account is the default for the App. Still shows a home I lived at over 3 years ago as my default and I cannot get rid of it. Come on!

Face Recognition

Face recognition often doesn’t work and then I have to enter my password which sometimes fails as well. Very frustrating. Face ID works fine with all other apps that I use. The app also seems to be down frequently which caused me to have a late payment.

Still broken after months and months.

This crappy app has been broken forever. No matter how many times I ask when it’s going to be fixed the answer is always the same: “technicians are aware....blah blah blah.” The sole purpose of this app is to monitor how much you’re spending on energy and it always shows my projected bill as $0.00. Well let me tell you, I’m being charged more than $0.00 every month so obviously your app is BROKEN!
