Screen shut off after hitting “submit”

Easy app but I couldn’t be sure if the payment went through since the screen kept shutting off after I hit ‘Submit’ button. I did it three times and still the same issue.

We moved into our new home in December and were not told about there being an estimated billing cost for our gas accumulation for 3 months. So essentially, we weren’t getting our actual numbers and then were charged 3 months of back charges for our current bill. I’ve talked to a customer representative each month and not once was I told about an estimated reading period. This needs to change.

Just did an update on the app and now it won’t let me make a payment online. When you press submit, it automatically closes the app.
Projected Bill not functioning

The section where I can see what my bill is expected to be is not showing my usage so far for my Jun 6 bill. Is this a glitch with the app?? This is the 2nd time this has happened. It just says that my estimated bill is $0.
