Ok, but glitches

Great when it works. Let’s you know consumption and if there are outages. but there are times when bills can’t be pulled and there is a lag in processing bills/documenting payments.

I had this app and it was working great until they updated this now when I’m instructed to update and I do, it just keeps telling me to update again. Not working. Frustrated!


Like everything except app won't allow me save notification preferences

All other apps allow me to set up reminder notifications. Every single time I try with this app, I receive an error message stating that it can't be done and to call the customer service center. The reason I have the app is to minimize contacting anyone. All I want is a reminder that my bill is due! Is that so hard to ask for??? BTW, trying to schedule it on the website doesn't work either...SMH By the time you guys get it to work, I would have moved by then. I wish I could have PEPCO. Never had any problems with their app.


App Crashes During Payment

This app used to be very functional. I could get and get out (e.g. payments, play and save, etc.) Now, when I try to pay my bill, the app crashes. This has been happening since last month. I deleted the app and reloaded it; I tried again, and I still had the same issues. My “play and save program” reset as well. I’m not sure what going on with the app, but it is defiantly due for another update.

Your app is a mess. Right now, I’m writing this review with white text on a white background. I can’t see what I’m writing so who knows if it’s coherent. But it’s a good example of how careless this app is. Also you stuck as an energy provider and you pollute the planet. I hate you.


Once agin I can no longer use an app

Once again I can no longer use an app without having to buy a new cell phone. Why do you developers insist on doing this over and over again?? Some of us don’t want to have to buy a replacement phone and are perfectly happy with our apps the way they are. Please stop and think. Thank you.
