Incompetent customer service

Customer service cannot help with tech issues on this app. Their advice is akin to "turn if off and back on" by telling me to just reinstall the app. When that doesn’t work, no help. The app is useless now. It won't function.
Your help button is broken

Ironically, the help button to contact tech support does not work. You really need to fix this as there is no way currently to get any assistance for this app. I'm shocked that this hasn't been noticed and fixed.
Advertises impossilbe results

I mean actually impossible. The basic exercises in this app are not going to generate the gains that are seen in the advertisements. It is physiologically impossible. This app is less rigorous than my current routine and I look nothing like those pics.

Two-tiered approach is diet and exercise. The reminders are what I need and exercise is not as hard as I imagined!

I was charged for many months while I never had the app on my mobile!! When I reached out to the BetterMe team to stop this ‘not my subscription’, they were avoiding my request… I had to cancel my credit card with my bank for me to stop being charged!!!! I don’t know how can such a thing happen, but all what I know is that I was scammed!!!

This app was really sketchy. From the advertisements, I thought I was getting a comprehensive fitness program. I got a few exercise routines that required in-app purchases and some bland meal plans. Not much content at all.

The website is almost as bad as the app. The help button is even broken. I want to cancel my account but can't get a hold of you guys b/c the help button doesn't work. Your app is an embarassment.

The service staff I have interacted with have been a bit rude at times and generally seemed not very knowledgeable about their own product. They are very much in need of training. I'm not at all happy with my experience.
Cost much more than advertised

The advertised price for the membership is accurate but the amount of in-app purchases required to actually use the app is horrible. You will end up paying a lot more than you expect with this one.
