????????????
I thought it would be a good idea to buy from this because I’ve been having difficulty losing weight. Problem is that the app is different than the website and it was very misleading. I reached out to them for a refund but they have yet to respond. I repeat this is not at all worth it!!

Nice job taking $40 a month. Pick on the fat folks. At least we are trying to get better. Crook

It is blocking me out and trying to sell me a new subscription. Somehow I have TWO paid accounts and I can’t even get into either one of them. It’s an automatic renewal subscription how can I possibly have two accounts on the same cell phone. Also, I have no recourse from the provider.

This app charges WEEKLY not monthly for its services. Awful customer service thinks it’s ok to not make that clear and charge without reimbursement. Shady!

I was expecting a more tailored fasting plan, and the exercises are not for a beginner. The food tracker is too difficult to use and I can’t add how many steps I walk a day. I don’t carry my phone with me everywhere; I prefer my Fitbit which of course doesn’t sync. SparkPeople is free and a better app.

What a ripoff! I paid for the app. I didn’t see anything stating I would be getting charged weekly to use the app. Deleted the app but I’m still being charged weekly. I’ll go back to using MyFitnessPal. It’s much easier to log meals and exercise.

Subscription expired, and not I can’t use app anymore unless I pay for the 12 month subscription.

Originally went to website to where you paid 9.99 for a meal plan to be emailed to you. What I get is redirecting to download this app with no meal plan and wrong information. Also paid 6.99 for an abs workout (again to be emailed to me as per the website said) and instead get nothing. Expecting to get refunded or will dispute charge

but i filled out a quiz. One question was do i work out at home (with an image of a man using a couch not exercise gear) or in a gym. i selected home. my assumption was that the workouts provided to me would be for working out at home not a gym/machines. but they are not this useless to me.
