Support isn't knowledgeable

The app has tons of bugs and customer support is not knowledgeable at all about the issues or how to fix them. In fact, they seem to have never really even used the app from their responses. It's kind of a joke at this point.

Tons of extra costs

The app has lots of in-app purchases for things that I kind of expected to come with the app. I mean we're paying for a membership on this thing so I kind of expect to get quite a bit of stuff for that price. However, it really doesn't give you a lot. Lots of upcharging.

They need to work on there app

Better me took over my calendar with better me reminders to exercise everyday and deleted everything else on calendar.

Not a good experience

this app hasn't been a good experience at all. I have not been a particular fan of the exercises as they've been pretty routine and repetitive. The same can be said for the meal solutions. You need some variety and variability.

Fraudulently charged

I was charged as soon as I signed up for the free trial. Even though I stopped my account, I was told there would not be a refund of this charge. They are claiming that I didn't follow the policies, but will not tell me what policies they are referring to.

Charged despite cancelling

I was charged despite cancelling my subscription during the advertised free trial period. I have been told I won't be charged again but that my existing charge can't be refunded. Just an FYI for others. Don't believe the ads.

Need to publish policies

This app needs to publish its policies either in the app or on the website for people to see. I feel really deceived in my interactions and am really not happy with how I have been treated.

The subscription doesn't come with a lot

Many of the features in this app cost extra money. You don't get a ton of things for your subscription which is a bit misleading. It will end up costing you a lot more than you planned to fully take advantage of this app.

Free trial isn't free

The free trial is NOT free. I was charged. I checked the date on my statement and it seems that I was charged the same day. Despite stopping my membership, the app refused to give my money back.

Crashes way too much

This app constantly crashes. It even does this in the middle of my workouts. I eventually just shelved it. It was proving to be frustrating and a big demotivator for me.
