If you are signing up expecting what was listed in the advertising, don't. If it sounds too good to be true it's because it is. A lot of what is advertised isn't even found in the app like some of the meal options.

You make it seem like an account can be used for multiple people but this isn't true. You really need to review your marketing material and edit it for clarity and accuracy.

I could have easily designed these workouts and I am a novice to fitness. There is nothing in this app that you won't learn by just taking a free class or two at a community center. It's basic and not that challenging at all.

Correct your ads!

You market that you have a free trial but you don't. You really need to correct that part of your ad because I wouldn't have tried this app out if I knew I'd have to pay even if I didn't like it.

Charged me after I cancelled twice

I cancelled and was later charged. I contacted support to cancel again since my first one didn't go through for some reason. I was again charged. This is ridiculous and you really need to do better with your processes.

Intentionally difficult to cancel

This company intentionally makes it difficult to cancel your subscription. They will try to drag it out to get an extra month's money out of you. Be forewarned that if you don't like the app, it will be difficult to cancel.

Cancelled immediately and still charged

I immediately realized that the app wasn't what I was looking for and cancelled my membership. My immediately I mean within an hour. I was still charged for an entire month of use.

Needs strong internet connection

This app requires a very strong internet connection. It will constantly lag and cut off otherwise. It will almost never work on my cellular signal. I don't understand why a fitness app requires this extensive of bandwidth.

I've been trying to cancel my membership and have gotten nothing but crickets in response. The silence is a good indication of the horrible customer support provided by this app. They want your money and could care less about if they put out a good product or not.
