Not worth it!

Can I leave less stars?! They were automatically charging me every week a ridiculous amount of money for what I thought was a 1 time charge.

This app is not easy to use, and if you miss entering a meal the day before you are out of luck. It won’t let you add it. The steps section would never connect to my phone so I stopped using it after the first month or two. There are also add ins that require additional payments if you want access to them. Make sure to carefully review the checkout page if you decide to purchase or do the free trial as they auto renew every six months and they will not give you a full refund once the renewal processes. Bottom line in my opinion this app is not worth the $40 they charge every six months.

I need a refund I tried all day to get my program and menu’s but the app is going NOWHERE! And trying to charge me again! I am formally asking for my money to be returned!

Beyond Frustrated!!

I sent several emails to the support line to fix whatever glitch is happening. when I uploaded this on my ipad so I could have a larger screen to work out with now my profile on both my iPad and my iPhone are not recognizing all aspects of my account nor my previous purchases. Every attempt I have made at addressing this within my account or profile gets met with an error screen. Each request for assistance simply forwards my request with a ticket number to my email with zero correspondence with support.

There is no cancelation option within the app or iTunes Store and they continue to charge your card no matter what you do!!!! I’ve contacted them several times and now had to close my debit card and get a new one! No one there answers me and they’ve STOLEN so much money!!!!


Horrible Customer Service

The customer service is TERRIBLE. I signed up and regretted it the second I did. I’ve been trying to get my money back for 3 months. They state they have a money back guarantee. I didn’t have the app more then an hour and I requested my money back. I just keep getting passed around. Worst 39.99$ I’ve ever spent!

This app has a terrible cancellation policy. They take weeks to get back to you to cancel through the app. they keep charging you throughout the process. Think twice before paying for a subscription.


Don’t waste your money, or trust their “deals”

I signed up for the $9.99 option that was advertised for 50% off which was $4.99... well I got charged BOTH $9.99 AND $4.99. Not only did they charge me WAY more than advertised, the app is much more complicated than other nutrition and exercise apps that are free.

I THOUGHT this would be a great app to jump start my new year! What a PAIN! I spent the first 3(THREE) weeks not being able to fully utilize the app. It wanted me to re-pay for the subscription. It was supposed to be $29.99, but it would NOT register me until I clicked on some additional service which I thought I was getting for the same amount of money as “freebie”! Bam! I was charged another $12! I sent numerous requests for assistance, would receive a computer generated response that a live person would contact me. After trying for days, I was able to finally get in. BUT, I'm locked out again as if I didn't buy a subscription! What a colossal waste of money!!!
