Could not open payment code on BestParking website. Website got locked on pictures of entrance. Had to pay 45 dollars plus 30 for payment code to BestParking. I thought that payment did not passed through but it did.

Easy app to use, can store parking pass on cellphone; best part is ability to cancel until the start time of the reservation.

This app has failed me twice in a row, both lots were full after I had already made the reservation. One of the parking attendants even said they kept overbooking, don’t use this app!

It only works if you have hours to converse with somebody on email nothing in real-time when you need it when the Crisis is real. I have paid more in parking fees than saved with this worthless app
You loose money on unused reserved parking, sleazy scam

Un used reservations should automatically be credited to your account on the app. I mean it was not used. Why should you pay for something that wasn’t used. No matter how many times it happens.

I booked two parking spots through BestParking for a work trip in NYC. Was thrilled by how quick and easy it was with the first garage, second garage had a snafu—the lot was oversold so I couldn’t get in. I reported the issue to Customer Service and got an immediate response from Maricris— who got on it and offered a quick full refund and credit. Will definitely use the service again!
