Could not open payment code on BestParking website. – BestParking: Get Parking Deals Review

Could not open payment code on BestParking website. Website got locked on pictures of entrance. Had to pay 45 dollars plus 30 for payment code to BestParking. I thought that payment did not passed through but it did.
