First time use disapointed

First time to Houston and wonder to see downtown. Think this app will make me easy for carpark. Direction is totally wrong. Call the support, they said I was on the right place, yet still I was not having the details as it explained on the apps. Circling around for 1 hours to check nearby building to make sure I was on the right parking place. Support sent me picture of the place, I took pic my own and sent it back to confirm I was on that place. Support get confused, told me I was on the right place. Firt time using this apps with high expectation, maybe I was on bad luck. Will ask for refund for sure

Horrible experience

Could not set up profile after three tries. Finally had to use Apple ID. Then entered a different credit card and hit the button to make the transaction. No indication if the transaction went through! Hit the button again. Still no indication. Did I get 0 parking or two parking spots? Who knows? No customer service number to call. Had to call credit card company. Deleted the app
I consider this app a “must have” for city parking!

Super easy to use, many options available with a wide option of cost options. Can book days ahead or minutes. Hasn’t let me down yet! Easy enough to have your 10-year old book your spot while you navigate Chicago traffic!

Did not respond to a refund request after booking a lot and the lot had no spaces left. Have to open a CC dispute. Do not download/use

I would recommend this app to find out parking spaces anywhere. It shows wide range of options for parking.

Unless you want to spend 30 minutes dealing with the parking ramp employees when you’re ready to leave, you may want to skip this app. Parking in Memphis left me with a bad voucher that wouldn’t scan and when I called to ask for a refund they told me I’d have to deal with it in the morning. I just wanted a refund and they couldn’t even grant me that. Buyer beware!
