This is a great help. We can see our driver coming, who he is and where we are going!! Excellent!
Unusable since several days ago

Since a week ago, whenever I open the app, it is asking for my phone number and then a Pin Code. My pin didn’t work, so I press “Forgot It?" and "Resend SMS". The SMS never arrives (and I have tried two different phone numbers, Greek and American, many times), so I can no longer connect to the app anymore and therefore I cannot use it. I have sent BEAT an email, and messages on their Facebook page. No response, for three days now. Simply unacceptable.

I love this app. As soon as you select your ride they get there in minutes. Great vehicles and reasonable prices.

I hate that you changed the option to choose what driver I want. I read the “fix” and it doesn’t work. You say you read these reviews. Please change it back.

I don't like the new way to demand a driver. It happens not to be that safe to let the app pick a driver instead of the passenger. I always like to see the driver rating and history to pick him up. You must go back.
