Tarifas no son tan baratas

Milasor

Me sorprendió ver esa tarifa.

Bad drivers habits

sjcp357

A lot of times the rider will accept the ride and be busy with other ride and not even showing to the place to pick you up, making you canceling the ride wasting your time and meanwhile you wait for somebody else, annoying.

I downloaded this app when I was in the US in preparation for a trip to Greece. Set up my payment method and was ready to go. Then when in Greece and wanting to call a taxi I open the app and it asks me to verify my phone number by text or phone call - mind you I was on WiFi and did not have cell access at the time. I couldn't continue to use the app until I verified. If verifying my phone number was so f-ing important, why not make users do this when setting up an account, NOT when they're ready to call a taxi??! Not only that but it is now 36 hours later, I'm back in the US, and I *still* haven't received that text or phone call verification. You know, it's worth spending five to ten minutes thinking about how users use your app. Had you done that it might have occurred to you that forcing users to do something like verify at the moment they are in need of a ride is a horrible user experience. This app is useless.
