My friend and I were backpacking through Europe when the man at our hostel told us about this app!! Amazing drivers and we have not had a bad experience. Gives you the profile and photo of each driver!!

Recomiendo revisar su algoritmo de asignación de conductores. Que asignen a un conductor que se encuentra a 20 km de distancia y tiempo de espera. Es demasiado tiempo. El conductor mismo lo entiende y llama para avisar que tardará mucho tiempo en llegar y no queda más opción que cancelar el viaje. Espero que el comentario sirva para mejorar su servicio

Drivers are great, prices are very good, but app sometimes doesn’t work it gets stuck thinking.... Pick up times keep changing. Sometimes it shows driver arriving in 2 minutes and will change to 8min once you are already outside on the street waiting, coupled with Changes in location of driver. There might ne a glitch sincronizing with waze or google maps.
Lost in Athens

Got a ride easily from our hotel to the beach in Athens, Greece, so figured it would be just as easy getting back. Nope. The app could not find any available drivers even though we were watching several pass by us per minute. Ended up walking halfway back as night fell and eventually stumbled upon one of the few available taxis. Also, FYI, any taxi service you try in to call in Athens is only to the airport.

I left my phone in a taxi earlier today and haven’t been able to get in contact with the driver. The number I called for the beat help desk hung up on me twice. The “left something in the taxi” section of the help area of their website explains that you need the app to be able to contact the driver. Haven’t gotten an email back to be able to get the pin required to get in the app on my friends phone, and the pin can only be sent to my phone. Only 8 out of 30 people found this advice helpful on their website, yet it hasn’t been updated. Was in a taxi with Florian T. And the license plate was TAB6765 if anyone here decides to help me. I made a dumb mistake in leaving my phone but I cannot be the only person to have done this. Will compensate the driver for returning my phone if anyone can help me get in contact with him. Very stressful situation.

It takes me at least 20-30 minutes to get a ride nowadays regardless of what time of the day it is. It also takes 4-5 tries total. Even when a driver is on the way, I have no way of telling unless I restart the app. It’s that bad. Unless I close the app and restart it, I have no way of knowing if someone is coming. Using an iPhone XS Max, latest iOS, there’s no excuse. Using this app is stressing me out, as I need to carve time out of my day to enter my location, destination and search for a ride, then restart and do it all over again several times before I get a ride. Get it together Beat.
