A veces, los servicios se demoran en asignarse por falta de disponibilidad..... excelente el servicio Lite

These last few months I’ve had so many problems with the app. First of all I don’t know if there’s a shortage of taxi drivers but there have been many occasions where I waited over 30 minutes for a confirmation. Some of those times I couldn’t get a taxi at all. Also the app has shut down on me many times while I was opening it.

The best application to use in Greece .. the application save you more than 60% of the cost that normal Taxi will ask for.. for example when I came to athens the taxi took 78€ from the airport to the hotel .. when Checked out from hotel to the airport I used Beat .. I only paid 31€

We love the app! So cool to be able to hail a cab by phone and the fares are reasonable here in Athens, Greece. So far I have not been able to find the way to add a tip.

Dumb website. No idea where this app works

Easily the dumbest website ever created. It looks like a high school art project: all flash, no substance. I spent five minutes clicking around their website and still have no idea what cities this app works in.

App has completely deteriorated

The app used to be quite good up until 2017. Since then it has been consistently getting worse. Finding a driver is impossible, calling customer service is not an option at all (literally there is no number for customers), drivers take way too long to arrive. I’m not sure there is a decent alternative in Greece other other than hailing a cab on the street. Beat is truly a disappointment, coming from someone who really liked it a lot in the beginning. I have tried using it on a phone with a foreign SIM card and the process is hard. I would recommend not using the app, unless there are significant improvements.
