La app es amigable con el usuario pero le hace falta implementar la opción de comunicarse con el conductor en un chat que puede ser desde la misma app pero que se pueda escribir cualquier cosa, no lo predeterminado, ya que a veces las llamadas no funcionan bien y uno tampoco ve el número real del conductor para llamarlo fuera de la plataforma

En los primeros 7 días un conductor aceptó un viaje y no cumplió, me tocó cancelarlo. Por lo demás buen servicio y buenas tarifas!!!

Tienen buenas ofertas pero la aplicación tiene muchas fallas. Le falta mucho por mejorar. Los choferes marcan que llegaron al punto de partida cuando todavía no lo han hecho. Más allá de eso, son unos ladrones y su atención al cliente es pésima. Me cobraron un viaje que nunca ocurrió. Lo cancelé antes de que me fuera siquiera asignado un chofer y luego recibí el cobro del viaje que nunca sucedió. Puse un reclamo y su respuesta fue que el viaje si había tenido recorrido y que no me iban a devolver el dinero. No es un tema de dinero, es cuestión de principio. El viaje no ocurrió y aún así me cobraron. Eso es robo. No volveré a usar esta app y definitivamente no la recomiendo.

El app es buena. Solicite los servicios en Lima, desde que llegue, pero desafortunadamente me tocó un infeliz llamado Rosas Huachacco Ancco, bien claro pedí el inicio y el término del recorrido, pero el adefesio, aduciendo que usa el GPS del app me llevo a otro!!! Fueron casi 25 cuadras más distantes del sitio original, se puso terco y me quería dejar ahí JAMÁS USO EL SENTIDO COMÚN, y tuve que pagarle el doble del precio de lo original pactado ? Deberían darles una pequeña clase de cortesía y sentido común a los que se afilian al app para con placer y seguridad, seguir utilizando los servicios del app!!!

I would like to add stops to my rides like I can with other apps. The comunicatiom sistem you have is not good at all! Most times is hard to comunicate, I wish I could sent text tommy driver instead of pre-determined only text

It’s a good service. But the app has room for improvement. Example: can’t order a ride if you don’t know the address where you are. In other apps you just drop the pin and done. Also, the time for a driver to arrive shown at the beginning is rarely achieved
