I have to delete and reinstall app almost daily to label videos pertaining to calls for service.

I can label videos but can not review/watch videos do to them never loading.

Still have to delete app everyday and reinstall to connect to camera to label and categorize videos.

Getting it to view videos properly is pretty much a guaranteed problem. It’s decent when it works

Constantly have to re-login and reacquire the cameras Wi-Fi, but most frustrating is the videos you tag and save, don’t save! So you have to do it all over again.

Currently have to uninstall and reinstall the app every day in order to label videos. App would be 5 stars if you could label multiple videos at the same time, similar to the Axon Capture app.
App frequently does not work
no nickname is the best
Constantly have to log out and log in to tag videos. App does not allow you to review video and pause and restart where you left off, it restarts the entire video. Honestly the app worked perfect on my galaxy and now I have an iPhone and this version is so bad
