This App. Really needs the ability to tag multiple videos at the same time. If it had that ability it would save a lot of time at the end of shift.

Our agency finally went to Axon and it’s been amazing. Several of my guys were wondering if in the future, could a setting be put in place that would keep the indicator lights on, but at a lower light output? On night shift, it kind of blinds some officers. I know it can be deactivated, but we still like to have that reassurance it’s on or on standby mode. Definitely nothing to keep us from loving it!

I had no problems using this app on my Galaxy Note 8. Unfortunately, now that I’m using an iPhone X, the app will not play back saved video on the camera. I can still pair the camera, and change the names of videos, but playback is hugely important.

Version 4.6.0 Doesn’t work

Since the last App update to version 4.6.0 the category labeling feature in the app has not worked. Keep getting an error saying “Failed to look up categories. Try again later.” Sad when an update makes things worse.

Can’t label videos appropriately

This needs to be fixed. I can’t label my videos appropriately. I must wait until they upload, then go through the hassle of logging into the website to label and tag my video categories.

I have been using the Axon app for about 4 years now. It makes my life so much easier since I’m not required to go to the station to label my videos I can do it in the field when the info is still fresh on my mind. However, for the past 3 months the app has been failing miserably. It shuts off as I try and label my videos and it will not let me connect to the camera’s WiFi, if it connects to the camera at all,so I can view the footage. I doubt it is a camera malfunction since I’m on my second camera this year. In addition, your camera quality has gone down hill drastically! When my department was using the axon body 1 I never had any issues out of the camera now that we have gone to the axon body 2 I’m about to be on my 3rd camera in a year wth man this is unacceptable especially with as much money as my department has spent on your product!!

The iOS version needs landscape mode when reviewing videos like the android version does. There should also be a way to enter information for multiple videos at the same time. Also, there are always connection issues necessitating closing the app and re connecting to the WIFI.
