Waste of time

This app simply does not work. It will only pair with your camera when it feels like it, which is about 10% of the time. And when it does, you are unable to save the tags on the video. Save time and storage on your phone.

Landscape works on the android version but not the iPhone? Please send out a patch landscape is helpful since viewing prior to an upload is already a chore...

When viewing my videos after they have been recorded I cannot turn my phone in the landscape position to view video. It will work on other devices just not the iPhone. This needs to be fixed.

I’m writing you to inform you that my ex on body camber that’s about this note I tried pairing it by holding the pairing button down and then cutting on the power button Until it beeps three times and let it go I did this several times and the app will not come you keep asking me to do it again so I don’t know if the app me upgrading all firmware upgrade. If y’all could just help me with this I would greatly appreciate it I need to camera for the type of work I do as a tow truck operator running county and city police traffic and accidents,and also a concealed handgun carry too!! I need to help me stay safe, And all them that’s around me at that time. Thank you so much for reading this hopefully you can do something that would give me some information that would help me get this app working.

Sadly the developer does not feel Axon Configurator should be made for iPhone even though 5 different iOS devices could use it. This app becomes even more useful when you can configure your device without having to use a cable.

No matter what I do, it doesnt work. It shows on my bluetooth menu that its connected to the camera, however, when I open the app, it says that its not connected.

This app is murdering my phone battery while running in the background. Running iOS 11 latest version.

For such a high tech company, the app fails. Constantly won’t connect. Frustrating when it’s the easiest option to label your videos.....sigh

Works perfectly. Won’t kill your phones battery if you close the app when done tagging it.
