Needs improvement

Needs the ID prefix option, just mirror the options on the Google Playstore version, that one is great.

Great but...

Sbrosky1

My agency is using this and I'm completely on board. While the camera itself is a little bigger it does the job beautifully. The app I'm not pleased with. When I am done recording I add the case number, tag and category. But when I upload the video the category is missing. I do a lot of videos and need that functionality. Get that fixed and I'll adjust my review. Thanks

Very useful app

My department is demoing the Taser body cams and I have been using this app for about 4 days now. It is very easy to use and does what you need it to do. I highly recommend it to anyone using a compatible body cam.

Battery drain

Zx10riderr

App works fine but causes massive battery drain on an iPhone 6s+.

Battery Hog

Alan1055

This app eats battery life by constantly refreshing in the background. There is no way to stop refreshing when you're not using it.

Nice when it works...

Anthony06

Paired with Axon Body Gen1. IOS. Constantly crashes and freezes. Majority of the time when entering video information, it doesn't register and I have to restart app. When it works it great, needs maintenance.

Best option to tag videos

Tank61911

Adding the ID and tag before upload is the way to go and this app does s good job. Clean design and rarely crashes. It lacks obvious features like notifications for low battery and memory, an optional tone/visual from the phone when the camera is recording and, most importantly to me, an Apple Watch app that shows status and can turn the camera on and off.

Still no ID Prefix?

blb503

Needs the ID prefix option for case numbers. Small feature but huge time saver.

Crashes

D_Ballantyne

This new version with the yellow icon crashes 98% of the time when first opened each day. The app then runs smoothly when re-opened. Have noticed Bluetooth issues with this version as well. Fails to connect or recognize the active connection. I've uninstalled the app several times with the same results.

Easy to use

Hush dip

The app is easy to use. I like the fact nothing gets stored on the phone. Therefore, the phone is not discoverable. I also like the feature where one can use the phone as a monitor. It's a great tool for clearing crawl spaces. Ever since the app was upgraded it performs very poorly. Usually I have to try restart the app several times to get it to work. Also, sometimes the app fails to store the meta data the first time it's entered.
