Horrible.

Have to close the app every time before you can label the video. If you are a decision making for your pd field test this system unlike our department Also the camera activation for the camera for handgun removal doesn’t work. It goes off when u move. Axon sold it to my department. Six months in still doesn’t work. Video quality is great
Could Be Better

New Camera: Used this app for two days. Tried the live view maybe three times on one day. Never worked again. Deleted app. Unpaired phone from camera. Could not get the camera to initiate pairing again. Judging by the low ratings, I will wait for some time in the future to see if the bugs are worked out.

I keep having to delete the app and reinstall it because it will not sign me in. It works for a day or two and then I have to repeat this process. Please fix it.
Body 3 is trash
???
The body 3 has an awful battery life and this app works horrible with is. The body 2 was so much better in all the ways that matter.

App will not recognize organization at all. Can’t get it to go past this step.
Buggy, slow, aggravating

Just the same as all the other 1 star reviews. It signs you out and you have to delete the app and reinstall it every couple of times you try to label a video. Very frustrating as this is a waste of time and a danger to officers.

I can no longer watch video on my phone that are already recorded. Not sure what the issue is but I like to be able to do that before I write reports. Now I have to go upload it first.
