Terrible

As far as what I can do on the app, I’m able to connect and change video metadata. Video playback works less than 5% of the time. All I get is minutes of the spinning wheel of death.

Can not sync body 3 on iPhone X. I had no problem syncing my body 2 on the same phone. Please update the app.

I’ve have no issues with the app and it works well, but I can’t stand the “always allow location even when not using the app” prompt every time I open it! I’m not going to let it see my location or record location data ever so just give us an option to say no and leave us alone until we decide to change it. I’ll up it two stars if that changes
Doesn’t work with iPhone 11

It used to work with my iPhone 7. But after I upgraded phones and reinstalled the app it doesn’t work. Says I need a password to connect to the wifi on the camera.

App used to work perfectly until recently. App now kicks me out when trying to label videos. Updated to newer iOS 13 via apple. Very frustrating!!

I just upgraded to an IPhone 11 from my IPhone 8 Plus. Every time I open the app I get about 7 seconds before the camera disconnects from Bluetooth. I never had this issue with my iPhone 8 so it’s pretty frustrating right now. I’m pretty sure this app needs a legitimate update. As of right now it’s completely useless, and now I’m forced to use the actual website. Please fix.

I can no longer review my footage from this app, which is extremely frustrating and hinders my work. I can also no longer turn off the indicator lights, so on nightshift, I constantly have a bright green light glaring in my lower peripheral vision. Please fix this app!!!

Has issues connecting to WiFi. Also needs the ability to tag multiple videos from the same incident at one time.
An Error May Have Occurred

iPhone X, new Axon 2, cannot view live or recorded videos through the app. Error:13 code keeps popping up each time I try. Seems the wi-fi function of the Axon 2 is awful. Never had this problem with first Axon camera. Hugh problem, Hugh disappointment. Please find and fix this problem.
