Used to love this app, but it just keeps getting buggier & buggier. Can’t trust it to keep your data safe & secure. Notes just vanish. Then sometimes when adding a calendar event & you think it’s saved, it isn’t and whatever you added is gone. Deleted it and moved on to other apps.

It's reliable. My favorite journaling app. I love the way it looks and to see the different styles of entries stacked next to, above to the side of themselves looks really classy. With all the new updates, I wouldn’t hesitate to look into your options throughly but I can promise and guarantee you that this one is a long-time powerhouse and classic.

App Just Deleted My Most Used Notes

I just experienced what many others are reporting: recent updates (apparently) cause the app to mysteriously delete notes. This is beyond infuriating. For 5+ years the app has worked flawlessly for me, then today I try to open a password protected folder and the password prompt is gone. I then look in the folder and notes I have worked on most in the past 6-9 months are GONE. Older notes are still there, but the newer ones I care about most have just vanished. As others here are saying, I can’t imagine ever trusting this app again.

I have downloaded this app twice and kept it for long periods of time. But this is the last time. One time I lost all my data and this time the app just freezes when you open it. It opens, but you can’t do anything or open any of the notes you created. This time I did not contact support so I cannot speak to their response. But I just don’t have time to play with apps that don’t function at full capacity.

This is a great app and I use it on a daily basis. You can create multiple folders to help organize, which I love. You can add as many note pages as you want within the folder. For example, I have a nursing folder and within that folder I have different pages labelled "lab values" or "pediatric vitals" etc. You can even lock the app and lock individual folders! My only complaint is that you can only use ONE password. I would like a different password for the app and a different password for my diary folder. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this an app for Samsung phones! I plan on switching to Samsung early next year and missing this app is my one big hesitation to making the switch!

i lost one of my most important notes, i don’t know why but this is the 3rd time this thing happens!! i trusted the app and unfortunately i have no other copy ? so is this gonna happen again? do i have to search for another app? what to do now? those questions that i’ve been asking myself lately ?

Nice app with missing preferred features

This app would be perfect for me if there is option to edit on devices other than iPad or iPhone. If raw text files and images can be made available via iTunes File Sharing, so they can be deleted or added or modified (overwrote) from it. This would have been ideal.
