This app is very useful as I have sever hearing loss and just underwent cochlear implant surgery in one ear. I am trying to pay for a full subscription, but can't seem to do so. So far, I haven't been able to engage anyone from customer service to help me. Not a good sign of customer support is not helpful.
Simply the best text to speech app out there!!!!

My son is hard of hearing and we use Ava every day. The quality of the translation is far and away the best out there.
Charge Service for deaf and hard of hearing

This app may be useful and helpful for deaf and hard of people anywhere we go. But I’m disappointed that we have to pay monthly for this service. I have to say I completely disagree with this decision since we get free assisting services.
Easy to use

Ava has helped our deaf team member engage more fully in our Zoom meetings. While we are on video through Zoom, we each have Ava downloaded on our phones so that it transcribes what each person is saying in real time. It’s made a huge difference in the efficiency of our video meetings. It’s not perfect with the transcription, but it’s close enough to understand what’s being said.

I love it. Simple communicate each other with deaf or hearing people.. unfortunately, the captions need little more speed when deaf people is typing.

I create an account and verify password and sends me right back to creating a password . Not impressed.
