I like it to be heard from the hearing people, but it cost me too much for hours of communication of them!! Too much $$$$$ for year or month! If the price is reasonable, I’ll rate you five stars, but gave three stars!!

When my employer signed up with a premium service through Ava, the app crashed on the device. Havent been able to get sponsored or anything. Ava Captioning services has been fine in translating while using. Oftentimes translation is SO INAPPROPRIATE IN A PUBLIC SETTING, that I need to find out who I told about it to use for their own hearing limitations, because i recommended it for seniors or family settings, and what, the translation misunderstanding and displaying derogatory terms is not professional. I dont understand this about the app.

I told my cousin about this app when his mom went into a senior care facility. He & I both loved using it to have chats with her in her last months and weeks of her life. She was able to tell me who some of my older cousins were, told me more about her mother, and other relatives in some very old photos we have. Even her mother on a horse! (Late 1800s!) I also use it in other situations, but that was the best use. ❤️

It’s wonderful to feel confident when someone is speaking to me… instead of laughing or saying ‘oh yes’ when my hair stylist speaks, and ending up with very short black hair, I can participate ! I can tell the person behind the deli counter that I want ‘1/2 pound’ and I’ll understand her when she says ‘one pound?’ I’ve tried another conversation app, and Eva is far more accurate!

Please stop with “rate the app” every time I open it. I got the app due to an accident my husband incurred and this is getting in our way every single time I open it. It’s so aggravating!!!

Not 100% accurate. Not reliable if you’re in a business meeting Voice recognition makes too many mistakes in the translation
