I find pretty frequently that about half the words are incorrect, or a few dozen sentences will not be transcribed at all. It gives me the gist of what’s being said sometimes, but I frequently encounter problems when someone doesn’t have a standard American accent (which is pretty much everyone I talk to — Southern US accents are rarely understood by this app). I am also not able to use it to transcribe things like TikTok videos my friends show me on their phones. It’s better than nothing, but I hope to be able to say something nicer than that in the future!

I hit "sign out." Big mistake. I did that because hitting the x at bottom left in the captioning window didn’t stop the captioning. I now can’t get into my acct at all, let alone caption conversations. You want me to open a New account. I’m already signed up for free captioning and the $14.99 plan, or thought I was. I was really happy using AVA. I did this yesterday, have spent a great deal of time trying to get into my account so that I can caption the remainder of my weekend. Hugely disappointing. Now you are saying any nickname I put in already exists. Any nickname.

QR code Ava doesn’t have the answer

I tried to find out how I share my QR code and could not get the answer to my question. How do I share my QR code so friends and I can have conversation on my mobile and have our conversation captioned. Ava isn’t proving to be easy to use, the only thing I am able to do is use it in conversation in the same room/area as myself. It is for this reason that I am giving it a three star review until Ava is proven to be useful beyond just one use.

Very good tonight for table talk, -but I no longer get the saved transcript, why is that?? I cannot remember the name of your very helpful Customer Service rep to ask? Can you remind me? Thanks! Tom Hall. (A user for about a year now.)

I have recently had the need to use AVA and have found it very useful. But I will ask the question, is there anything I can do to help coserve the power usage. I can be fully charged but after a short time my battery will be down to 20-30%.
