This is the answer! This app allows my deaf mother to read what the doctors/nurses are saying without using a whiteboard! This is fantastic! I am looking forward to trying all the options that this tool will give us! Thank you for creating this app! It will make a difference!

I have a hearing impaired friend who uses Ava but is not very tech savvy. She was In hospital and loved using it to understand the doctors but couldn’t call home. I contacted the tech support chat for her and a lovely woman explained how she could set up her phone near her iPad and have a captioned conversation. Excellent solutions and great support!

Too Many Messages

When captiongm, I get too many messages that are disturbing. This message says something like “It is rather quiet during captioning, please hiold your phone close to ...”. I don’t need to hold the phone close, and the caption8ng was fine other than those lousy messages. Thank you
