Want to get full subscription don't know how – Ava: Transcribe Voice to Text Review

This app is very useful as I have sever hearing loss and just underwent cochlear implant surgery in one ear. I am trying to pay for a full subscription, but can't seem to do so. So far, I haven't been able to engage anyone from customer service to help me. Not a good sign of customer support is not helpful.
