Difficult to use & rewards disappeared

This was last week’s experience. Took long time to download the App & setup. Copied the t-Mobile Tuesday coupon code as instructed. At the cashier, clicked on Rewards and showed the Redeem button; but clicked on it nothing happened. Tried several times and couldn’t get the coupon code for Redeem. The cashier told me to reset the App & tried again. I needed to go to the end of the wait line while waiting the App to be up. When go inside the App again, the Reward was gone and nothing found in Rewards. I tried to copy the coupon code again but the App was in process forever. Even the cashier saw my t-mobile coupon but couldn’t use it because needed the App to generate a second coupon code for Redeem. The whole process was complicated and didn’t work. It wasted a lot of my time. Very disappointed & won’t come back.

The app never worked since I downloaded it earlier this month. It is frozen on a screen that tells me my rewards are ready. However, I cannot see my rewards to use them as the message is the only thing I see covering a blank white page. I’d give the app no stars if it was allowed. However, that is sadly impossible with the App Store so 1 star it is.

Downloaded the app after hearing about this rewards thing from a friendly worker who gave me a yummy pretzel and some delicious lemon aid iced tea. The worker told me to download this app to get rewards. I happily filled out my information, but then the app froze. You can’t even see the whole image. Half the screen is blank. I tried to enable notifications, but Auntie Anne’s app isn’t even listed in my settings (under notifications)!! So I clicked the app in settings general but nowhere to activate the notifications. Checked my email to see if maybe I need to confirm the account. Nothing. So I deleted this useless waste of memory space on my phone. Go back to using the paper cards with stamps or hole punch. Cuz this app is useless.
