This app shouldn’t honestly be worth 0 stars. Can’t even select my store and place in an order because it crashes every time. Please, hire some programmers or engineers to try this app up and running so we can take advantage of the rewards. This is absolutely appalling, you guys overcharge for pretzels anyway and should have more than enough resources to hire some competent programmers.

This app never works. I’ve deleted to try again and all I ever do is get past sign in screen to a 1/2 screen pop up on my iPhone. It says “you’ve got rewards, turn on notifications in settings” but you can’t do anything from there. Losing business, because I’m not buying and missing out on rewards.It’s been forever like this fix this stupid app.Whoever you paid to develop this app, you should get your money back because it’s worthless!!!!

This app crashes on startup every single time. Has done it for months. Got excited about the update. Same problem.
Says I’m offline

Literally every time I open the app to see my rewards it says “oops you seem to be offline ?. Please check your internet connection” And my phone is always working and connected to the WiFi. So I’m blaming it on the app. So annoyed.
Only works on one device and it’s not my cell phone

On other devices I just get a nice picture of a pretzel, so the app is there, it just won’t open. Have to bring my iPad if I want to use the app.
App needs update to fix bugs

This app freezes up on my iPhone at the “Turn on notifications“ screen. Cannot get out of it. Looks like others are having same problem. Why won’t Auntie Anne’s fix this?? Funny thing is the app works perfectly on my 5 year old iPad. So I guess I will have to take my iPad to Auntie Annes to get free pretzel.
