Difficult to use & rewards disappeared – Auntie Anne’s Rewards Review

This was last week’s experience. Took long time to download the App & setup. Copied the t-Mobile Tuesday coupon code as instructed. At the cashier, clicked on Rewards and showed the Redeem button; but clicked on it nothing happened. Tried several times and couldn’t get the coupon code for Redeem. The cashier told me to reset the App & tried again. I needed to go to the end of the wait line while waiting the App to be up. When go inside the App again, the Reward was gone and nothing found in Rewards. I tried to copy the coupon code again but the App was in process forever. Even the cashier saw my t-mobile coupon but couldn’t use it because needed the App to generate a second coupon code for Redeem. The whole process was complicated and didn’t work. It wasted a lot of my time. Very disappointed & won’t come back.
