This is app is not good. Freezes and doesn’t let you get passed a certain point when you are setting up the account.

I open the app and first see the pretel. Then ‘, it shows half a screen and says I have rewards. Then it freezes. What should I do.

I downloaded the app but it insists me to turn on notifications. I have an Apple phone and it doesn’t even have notifications as an option. The app won’t go to the home page. I can’t even use the app. And going to the website kept putting me in a loop. This app gets no stars from me.

This app freezes, so I can’t even get to the screen to redeem the reward. I reopened the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. It’s still frozen on the same screen.

Really Happening
After reading other reviews it is obvious no one in development at Auntie Anne’s cares to correct issues!! I too have been frozen on the “Allow Notifications” page for two days..downloaded app two days ago!! Really in need of an overhaul!!
