I’m stuck on the loading screen and I really want to use this, PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!
App doesn’t work

I’ve tried 3 times to get this app working on two different devices. It gets stuck just past the username and password set up. When you close it and reopen it the same thing happens. The text is also all mushed together and it’s hard to read. Auntie Ann’s, you need to fix this. It’s a terrible reflection on your company.

My app won’t work. I’ve tried taking it off and putting it back on and still nothing!! It’s very frustrating!! The only app I’ve ever had that absolutely won’t work. I think you need to improve on this !!!!

I have tried to use the app so many times but it will not let me see the whole start screen. It only shows half of the screen. So it’s just not useful.

This app has been like this for over a year. You really need to pay someone to fix your app. Every time I download it and enter my info it freezes on “Turn on notifications screen. You’ll really need to do something. Way too many negative reviews about same problem.

After signing in, it will not go any further. Gets stuck on screen regarding notifications. I have deleted and downloaded this app five times and it does it every single time. Can’t take advantage of rewards for mobile ordering. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

This is the *worst* app I think I’ve ever download. It is, by far, the most frustrating. The emails they send you take you to the app, but you can’t get any further than the login screen no matter how many times you update, reload, delete, or whatever. Now, I got an email they’re using a different vendor (but the emails still take you to this app? What?) Just ignore this app. Seriously. It’s the worst.
