App has not worked since new version. Would not transfer over points wanted me to keep signing in then would tell me email already used. Finally created new email for app and now it says torn notifications on to receive rewards. Notifications is on

App has not updated for 9 months as of this writing. It has permanently locked up at a screen saying your rewards are ready. It’s halfway off the page and there’s no way to click on a button to move off the screen. Program is useless.

App no longer works at all! I can’t get any help at the store level which is expected but I’ve lost the points for my last three visits! App won’t accept my login info.

I went to Anne’s 5 times now, my app won’t go past the front page (blue with a big pretzel). I knew I would loose my points (they weren’t doing me any good if I couldn’t open the app) but I deleted the app entirely and reloaded (I’ve done this twice now), the app still won’t open ?
Keep deleting & re-downloading

I have deleted this app multiple times than re-downloaded back onto my phone & keep coming to the same screen where it says turn notifications on.... But the screen is not fully showing to let me move it or swipe it up or anything. The app has been on my phone for 3 months now & I have never had the chance to use it cause I can’t get pass the turn notifications screen to enter any other info. Smh. I really love Auntie Anne’s pretzels but wish I could the app to enjoy it more.

I have tried numerous times to open the app once I downloaded. Each time the app just freezes. After several hours of working with this, I have found that if I go in through the actual app download area and scroll down I can get to the info. I have missed out on several promotions because of this. Very disappointed.
