I just downloaded this app in order to redeem my free birthday pretzel and opens to a page with a pretzel on it, then freezes.

I have tried to get this app to work multiple times over the past year. App freezes up immediately after signing in. I also have problem with the app saying my password is wrong. I’ve reinstalled the app a few times and still have all these same issues.

I have never been able to get this app to work past the sign in screens. I have deleted it and reinstalled and nothing works.

Went for help App Support = page can’t be found. Every time I open the App, it says my rewards are ready, yet the App will not allow me to go anywhere else. The App FREEZES. Unhappy is the least of my feelings. ☹️???
Not UI friendly

Its so hard to navigate. Coupons dont apply naturally. Not very intuitive.

Worked previously on iOS 13, through the entire beta season I couldn’t open the app, I still cannot open the app on my iPhone on iOS 14’s full release.
