Still waiting for these alerts: one would be to have a smart alert for let’s say bedtime or 10pm. If you door wasn’t locked by then it would send you an alert. Or be able to auto-lock the door at bedtime or certain time. The other app suggestion would be to have a home screen that displays your multiple devices status, rather than having to flick through them.

I love my Yale deadbolt smart lock. Very easy to install and operate. Well worth the money so if your looking to purchase a smart lock yale is the way to go. Thanks Guys

Great lock/app for allowing people access to our property. Great that I get a text when the door opens and closes. Can even check if the door was lock. Highly recommend and easy to use.
Extremely Disappointed

Have many HomeKit related devices in my house from light switches, lights, pool equipment., sprinkler system, Ring doorbell and cameras, security system. etc. August lock is the first one I can’t get get to work. Numerous calls to tech support go unanswered. Have gotten a couple emails that have not been helpful. I’ve wasted time and money on this August lock. Will never buy another August product and wish I never got this one.
International invites still don’t work

I reported in working international numbers years ago and the system still doesn’t work. International phone numbers in Ireland and Australia and many other countries drop the leading 0 when used internationally and the app still doesn’t seem to understand this resulting in huge amounts confusion when setting this up with guests. Fix the problem or allow people to use emails instead of phone numbers like we’re in the 21st century or something.
Manual unlock notifications

Love the product, but I recently hit a major issue. I used to get notifications for manual unlocks/locks but not anymore. It doesn’t even show up on the list of times my door was unlocked. This is a major flaw. Please fix.

We live in a good neighborhood with low crime rate so not worried so much about hackers. I’m taking care of my medically needy mother. I need to be away during the day and my mom can not open the door in a timely manner. I needed the ability to unlock the door remotely for home health visits. This was the answer. I’ve been using it a few weeks and have not yet had a WiFi hiccup. Cannot day the same for other WiFi home control devices I’ve recently installed.

Manual lock unlock notifications no longer work. Yes they are setup. In fact it doesn’t even show up in history at this point. Then later they began showing up. So maybe a glitch—- But in general love the lock and app
